1、摘要運動訓練對骨骼肌纖維類型轉變的影響,一直以來都是運動與肌纖維研究的熱點。而運動訓練對肌纖維類型轉變影響的年齡特征,相關研究尚不多見。為了了解不同年齡者進行早期有氧訓練對肌纖維類型轉變的影響,本研究以36只SPF級雌性wistar大鼠為對象,分別從4周齡、8周齡、12周齡開始進行有氧訓練8周,了解大鼠生長發(fā)育過程中肌纖維類型變化的年齡特征及運動訓練對肌纖維類型轉變的影響,觀察不同周齡組有氧訓練對肌纖維類型轉變的影u吼探討有氧訓練對肌纖維類型轉變的適宜年齡,為有氧訓練的早期專門化提供理論依據和參考。有氧訓練以遞增負荷方式進行中等強度游泳(40min
2、一120min/次),訓練8周后,休息一天,用4%戊巴比妥那麻醉致死,取股四頭肌中段兩塊,分別用作冰凍切片和石蠟切片(橫切面)。用Nachlas’法(改良)區(qū)分肌纖維類型。酶組織化學方法測定琥珀酸脫氫酶(SDH)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)、ATPase酶;PAS反應顯示糖原。0LDaPUS光學顯微鏡下觀察,imagepr05.1圖像分析,SPSSll.5統(tǒng)計處理。綜合研究結果認為:(1)8周有氧訓練后,4W齡組慢肌纖維百分比ST%為59.42%±11.1%,與對照組相比差異非常顯著(P<0.01):8W齡組慢月Af-F維百分比ST%為51。3%±15.
