1、學(xué)兔兔www.xuetutu.com化工進(jìn)展·1074·CHEMICALINDUSTRYANDENGINEERINGPROGRESS2016年第35卷第4期石油餾分中酸性物質(zhì)的組成分析肖麗霞,呂涯(華東理工大學(xué)石油加工研究所,上海200237)摘要:針對(duì)某煉廠酮苯脫蠟裝置原料油(減三線)中酸性物質(zhì)組成特殊(對(duì)裝置產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的腐蝕)的情況,采用堿醇法提取其中的酸性物質(zhì),借助負(fù)離子電噴霧.傅里葉變換離子回旋共振質(zhì)譜(negative—ionESIF~ICRMS)研究其酸性組分的組成及分布,并與工業(yè)級(jí)脫脂環(huán)酸進(jìn)行比較,從分子層面上揭示了其特殊之處。Negative.ionESIFT-I
2、CRMS結(jié)果表明,減三線酸性化合物主要的特點(diǎn)為O2類化合物中脂肪酸(Z=0)占明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),縮合度較大的zl_一8和zl_一l0的O2類化合物中有些碳數(shù)的物質(zhì)相對(duì)豐度也比較大,碳數(shù)分布有兩個(gè)中心;O類雜原子化合物的相對(duì)豐度僅次于O2類化合物,且大大高出其他類雜原子化合物,0類化合物中,烷基酚類化合物占絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。減三線酸性化合物的特殊組成將對(duì)進(jìn)一步探究腐蝕機(jī)理和尋求解決設(shè)備腐蝕的途徑有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:石油餾分;腐蝕;酸性物質(zhì);負(fù)離子電噴霧一傅里葉變換離子回旋共振質(zhì)譜;組成中圖分類號(hào):TE622文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1000—6613(2016)04—1074—07DoI:1
