1、華東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1頁(yè)稠化酸的流變及反應(yīng)特性研究摘要:在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次研究確定了高溫120℃條件下,稠化酸的酸巖反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,研究了酸液類(lèi)型、反應(yīng)溫度、酸液濃度、酸液流速等對(duì)酸巖反應(yīng)速度的影響;研究了H‘傳質(zhì)系數(shù)及其影響因素;從宏觀(guān)和微觀(guān)角度研究了酸巖反應(yīng)后裂縫壁面形態(tài),并對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行分析研究。研究確定了稠化酸的流變性本構(gòu)方程,研究了濃度、溫度、剪切、添加劑對(duì)酸液流變性的影響及作用機(jī)理。研究了酸壓過(guò)程中以及儲(chǔ)層反應(yīng)條件下,稠化酸的流變性變化,反應(yīng)與流變性的相互影響關(guān)系。流變性的研究為新型稠化劑的研制、稠化酸的現(xiàn)
2、場(chǎng)應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)和途徑,為酸壓設(shè)計(jì)提供了可靠的參數(shù)。建立了模擬地層條件下的稠化酸酸蝕裂縫導(dǎo)流能力實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù),研究了稠化酸的裂縫導(dǎo)流能力和濾失性,形成了稠化酸酸壓與多組分酸閉合酸化的配套工藝技術(shù),為酸壓裂技術(shù)在低滲透油氣儲(chǔ)層開(kāi)發(fā)改造和油水井增產(chǎn)增注提供了理論依據(jù)和實(shí)施保障。{研究的稠化酸酸壓工藝技術(shù)應(yīng)用于國(guó)內(nèi)外6個(gè)低滲透油田酸壓裂施工,在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次提出并成功應(yīng)用于泥灰?guī)r低滲油氣藏酸壓裂改造,取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。關(guān)鍵詞:稠化酸·酸壓裂酸流變性酸巖反應(yīng),石油與天然號(hào)華東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第ii頁(yè)TheStudyon

6、alpropertyofgelledacidduringtheprocessofacid-fracturinghadbeenstudied.Theexperimentaltechniqueofsimulatinggelledacidetchedfractureconductivity,atthereservoirconditions,hadbeenestablished.Andtheacidetchedfractureconductivityandtheacidlossofgelledacidhadbeenstudied
7、,Ithadbeenformedanewsiteapplicationtechniqueofgelledacidfractureandmulti-acidsclosedacidizing.Thisstudyprovidesthetheoryandguaranteeforacid-fracturinginthelow-permeabilityreservoirs.Ithadraisedtheoutputandinjectvolumeofthewells.Thegelledacidfracturingtechniquehad
8、beenusedbysixlow-permeabilityoilfieldsinhomeandabroad.Inaddition,itwasthefirsttimetopresentanduseinsiteforthestimulationofshalecarbonatelowpermeabilityreservoi
