1、安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)ii安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)基于虛擬儀器的電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)摘要在電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,傳統(tǒng)的方法是用邏輯電路或單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)控制,這種控制方法為人們提供了不少的幫助。雖然此方法可行,但是由于線路復(fù)雜、制成后不易調(diào)整且編程語言比較復(fù)雜,因此存在一定的局限性?;谶@個(gè)思想,本系統(tǒng)采用美國NI公司的LabVIEW圖形化編程語言,構(gòu)建了對交流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行在線實(shí)時(shí)測量與控制的系統(tǒng)。LabVIEW是美國NI公司基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)的面向多領(lǐng)域的G語言開發(fā)平臺,它是通過編制不同的測試軟件來構(gòu)成任何一種儀器。采用虛擬儀器,有以下幾個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn):①突破了傳統(tǒng)儀器在
2、數(shù)據(jù)處理、顯示、存儲等方面的限制;②利用計(jì)算機(jī)豐富的軟件資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)了部分儀器硬件的軟件化,節(jié)省了物質(zhì)資源,增加了系統(tǒng)靈活性;③通過軟件技術(shù)和相應(yīng)數(shù)值算法,實(shí)時(shí)、直接地對測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行各種分析與處理,通過用戶界面技術(shù),真正做到界面友好、人機(jī)交互。而且其編程簡單、圖形顯示功能強(qiáng)大,并且具有開放性、模塊化、可重復(fù)使用及互換性等特點(diǎn),現(xiàn)已被廣泛應(yīng)用于自動(dòng)化過程控制、儀器設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)采集等領(lǐng)域。關(guān)鍵詞:Labview,數(shù)據(jù)采集,電機(jī)控制,算法設(shè)計(jì)ii安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)ONTHEOVERRALLDESIGNOFTHREEPUREWATERHYDRAULICVALVEA
