1、摘要摘要隨著能源、環(huán)保等問(wèn)題的日益突出,節(jié)能效果顯著的交頻器市場(chǎng)規(guī)模也日益擴(kuò)大,但核心器件受制于人的現(xiàn)狀使國(guó)內(nèi)變頻器目前僅占據(jù)25%市場(chǎng)份額。運(yùn)用SoPC(SystemonProgrammableChip)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)核心控制芯片,是改變這一現(xiàn)狀的有效措施之一..本文就采用SoPC技術(shù),以硬件邏輯電路(IP核)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)三相交流電機(jī)電壓空間矢量調(diào)速(SVPWM)控制的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述。在參閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)SVPwM原理及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法作了總結(jié),以此為基礎(chǔ)提出以減少開(kāi)關(guān)次數(shù)為目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化SVPWM,MATLAB/Simulink下的仿真波形表明
2、此算法的有效性。其次,對(duì)近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速的SoPC技術(shù)的工作原理、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,接著以Xilinx公司Spartan-IIE系列芯片XC2S300E為核心器件,圍繞TSK3000A軟處理器,講述了系統(tǒng)軟硬件功能的分解和設(shè)計(jì),其中著重?cái)⑹隽薙VPWMIP核的硬件設(shè)計(jì);最終開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于SoPC技術(shù)以口核方式實(shí)現(xiàn)SVPWM控制的變頻調(diào)速實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。最后,在該實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了三相交流電動(dòng)機(jī)SVPWM算法的開(kāi)環(huán)控制實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。關(guān)鍵詞三相交流電動(dòng)機(jī);矢量控制;SOPC;IP燕山大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractWit
