1、摘要本文從知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代和中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對(duì)創(chuàng)新型人才的迫切需求出發(fā),結(jié)合工科創(chuàng)新型人才的基本特點(diǎn)和成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外工科院校的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出有工科特色的“寬、厚、強(qiáng)、高”的創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式的基本思路和實(shí)旌要點(diǎn)。該模式在創(chuàng)新教育觀(guān)和大工程觀(guān)的指導(dǎo)下,以實(shí)行學(xué)分制為前提,在教學(xué)、科研、管理等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),強(qiáng)調(diào)繪學(xué)生更多的選擇權(quán),發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性,注重人才的知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;進(jìn)一步拓寬專(zhuān)業(yè)口徑,打破專(zhuān)業(yè)壁壘,可以自由選擇、轉(zhuǎn)換專(zhuān)業(yè);按學(xué)科大類(lèi)招生,加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)教育,提高工科學(xué)生的人文素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)的適應(yīng)性;優(yōu)化課程體系,建立合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的教學(xué),
2、突出工程教育和訓(xùn)練;打破教學(xué)組織和學(xué)生管理的單一模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)多維化,重視學(xué)生獨(dú)立獲取知識(shí)能力的培養(yǎng),養(yǎng)成學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的方式,為終身學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ):實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)、科研、產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,拓寬學(xué)研產(chǎn)結(jié)臺(tái)的方式,走教育社會(huì)化的道路;深化校園文化的建設(shè),發(fā)揮學(xué)生社團(tuán)的作用,營(yíng)造良好的創(chuàng)新氛圍,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)創(chuàng)造性形成的個(gè)性品質(zhì),提高科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)。創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)要以全體教師和學(xué)生的觀(guān)念的轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄葘?dǎo),培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型教師隊(duì)伍為關(guān)鍵,建立鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的制度為保障,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,造就具有刨新精神、創(chuàng)造能力、創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)的符合時(shí)代要求的人才。關(guān)鍵詞:高等教育;工科院校;創(chuàng)新型人才;人才培養(yǎng)模式A
