3、應(yīng)力使壓痕尺寸變小,殘余拉應(yīng)力使壓痕尺寸變大,不同性質(zhì)和大小分布的殘余應(yīng)力使壓痕形狀為橢圓形,壓入載荷~位移曲線斜率和隆起量高度隨著殘余壓應(yīng)力的增加而增加,隨著拉應(yīng)力的減小而減小,當(dāng)構(gòu)件內(nèi)部存在一定程度的殘余拉應(yīng)力時(shí),隨著壓入載荷的繼續(xù)增加出現(xiàn)負(fù)隆起量(沉降量),沉降量的大小與壓入載荷的大小和殘余拉應(yīng)力的程度有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞殘余應(yīng)力壓痕形狀壓入載荷一位移曲線隆起量中圖分類號(hào)TB1153I-I123.4AbstractThemechanicalpropertyofmetalmaterialsisstronglyafectedbytheirr
