2、2套不同的壓力系統(tǒng),因此如何有效封堵石炭系易塌地層,是高效開發(fā)該地區(qū)奧陶系剩余油的關鍵。采用膨脹套管充當技術套管封堵鉆井復雜地層,通過優(yōu)化井身結(jié)構(gòu)及后續(xù)的鉆井工藝,為解決塔河油田深層側(cè)鉆水平井鉆井、完井難點提供了一套全新的方案。針對塔河油田4177.8mm套管深層開窗側(cè)鉆井的鉆井、完井難點,通過深入分析研究膨脹套管管材和膨脹螺紋等關鍵問題,完善了深井膨脹套管的施工工藝和實施程序,探索出一套塔河油田深層側(cè)鉆水平井膨脹套管鉆井完井技術。該技術在塔河油田現(xiàn)場試驗3口井,開窗層位均位于石炭系地層,開窗點深于5100m,側(cè)鉆后在斜井段成功封堵裸眼復雜地層,實現(xiàn)了國產(chǎn)
