1、東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文離心壓縮機(jī)在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研制與開發(fā)姓名:周敏申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):機(jī)械工程指導(dǎo)教師:謝里陽20030701東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要離心壓縮機(jī)在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研制與開發(fā)摘要為了確保大型的、關(guān)鍵的設(shè)備正常平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行,人們在設(shè)備維護(hù)方面采取了各種措施和手段,其中設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和故障診斷技術(shù)越來越受到重視,并且正在迅速推廣和應(yīng)用,并且己逐步在設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行維護(hù)中起著重要的作用。本課題采用虛擬儀器技術(shù)對遼陽石化分公司聚酯一廠的離心壓縮機(jī)組群的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測和數(shù)據(jù)分析。對設(shè)備各測點(diǎn)軸振動和
2、機(jī)組軸位移等信號進(jìn)行高速、實(shí)時(shí)連續(xù)采集,并進(jìn)行振動幅值、頻譜、軸心軌跡的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,能隨時(shí)查看各時(shí)間段的當(dāng)前趨勢、歷史趨勢并能進(jìn)行初步故障診斷。本課題的采集和監(jiān)測軟件是基于虛擬儀器軟件開發(fā)平臺——LABVIEW開發(fā)的,這在國內(nèi)是處于領(lǐng)先地位的,具有2l世紀(jì)初的國際先進(jìn)水平。論文提出了基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)離心壓縮機(jī)組群遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的整體解決方案,主要研究內(nèi)容包括信號的采集和調(diào)理的設(shè)計(jì);數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、軟件編程。其中信號調(diào)理部分選用AD公司5B系列模塊;數(shù)據(jù)采集部分選用NI公司的PC
3、I-6071E數(shù)據(jù)采集卡;數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和數(shù)據(jù)分析均采用LABVIEW系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的。系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)場安裝、調(diào)試已有近一年的時(shí)間,整個(gè)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)并幾次提前發(fā)現(xiàn)過機(jī)組軸系不平衡、不對中等設(shè)備故障。實(shí)踐證明,該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠,操作簡單方便,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬儀器,LABVIEW,狀態(tài)監(jiān)測,壓縮機(jī)東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTDevelopmenttheOnlineMonitoringSystemofCentrifugalCompressorSetABSTRACTInrecentyea
