1、管殼零件軸壓液力成形過程的數(shù)值模擬瓷摘要零件軸壓液力成形以管材為初始坯料,可制造各種復(fù)雜的空心零件廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。但由于成形中影響因素多,最佳工藝參數(shù)較難掌握在成形中易產(chǎn)生起皺、破裂等缺陷。因此,對(duì)管殼零件軸壓液力成形過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,預(yù)測其成形結(jié)果及可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,獲得成形f程中內(nèi)壓的加載和控制方法,以及最優(yōu)的加載路徑,具有重要的意義·r本文探討了剛塑性/剛粘塑性有限元的基本理論,并對(duì)模擬過程中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題進(jìn)行了討論,在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了一套三維剛塑性/剛粘塑性有限元數(shù)值模擬軟件FORM3D,實(shí)現(xiàn)了同時(shí)對(duì)變形體施加位移和
2、面力兩種類型的加載,具有較完善的前后處理功能,如網(wǎng)格自動(dòng)生成、模具型腔曲面的幾何描述、三維動(dòng)態(tài)邊界條件的處理等,可在AutoCAD和MATLAB平臺(tái)下進(jìn)行各種場變量信息的顯示。采用模擬軟件FORM3D,對(duì)方形管和T形管的軸壓液力成形過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,獲得了關(guān)于成形過程的各種信息,揭示了金屬變形流動(dòng)的規(guī)律,為成形過程的工藝優(yōu)化和模具設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。、/關(guān)鍵詞:管形零件,液力3f..岡。塑性a聶,數(shù)值顏NumericalSimulationfortheHydroformingProcessesofTubularPartsAbstra
