1、武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1頁(yè)摘要針對(duì)高速線(xiàn)材軋機(jī)同步齒輪箱故障監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷的要求,在圖形化虛擬儀器開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境LabVIEW的平臺(tái)上設(shè)計(jì)了同步齒輪箱在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于鄂鋼高速線(xiàn)材軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上,多次檢測(cè)出同步齒輪箱的早期故障,避免了設(shè)備重大事故的發(fā)生,為企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。本論文主要研究了在線(xiàn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)流程及其軟、硬件功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。開(kāi)發(fā)流程包括選取測(cè)點(diǎn)、安裝傳感器、信號(hào)硬件預(yù)處理和LabVIEW信號(hào)分析平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建等。硬件模塊主要包括開(kāi)發(fā)了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的信號(hào)調(diào)理箱,轉(zhuǎn)接端子,N16220數(shù)據(jù)采集卡;軟件主要是用LabVIEW編程實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)的
2、采集、信號(hào)的分析處理、各種算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)、故障信息的存儲(chǔ)和顯示。信號(hào)處理的方法包括時(shí)域分析、頻域分析、小波分析、倒頻譜分析及多種性能指標(biāo)的計(jì)算。系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)ν烬X輪箱進(jìn)行24小時(shí)的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè),進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)故障診斷和故障報(bào)警,并將報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)送到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),便于隨時(shí)進(jìn)行查詢(xún)與分析。本項(xiàng)目的研究成果已申報(bào)了國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利:“一種同步齒輪箱初始故障的在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷裝置",申請(qǐng)?zhí)枺?00810048348.2。關(guān)鍵詞:同步齒輪箱;狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè);故障診斷;LabVIEW第1I頁(yè)武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractAccordingtorequestoffaultmomtoringanddiagnosisforsynch
