2、可靠性;根據(jù)EPS系統(tǒng)技術(shù)要求,研究了系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)助力特性方程,提出了基于高性能P87C591單片機(jī)的控制方案,利用P87C591單片機(jī)豐富的硬件資源和PWM斬波技術(shù)構(gòu)建了一硬件電流閉環(huán)電路對電機(jī)輸出電流(轉(zhuǎn)矩)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié);同時為了提高駕駛員的操縱穩(wěn)定性,提出了EPS系統(tǒng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向過程中的兩種工作方式,即助力控帶9和阻尼控制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)各部分的硬件電路設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計。最后論文給出了實驗室試驗和道路試驗,其測試結(jié)果表明該EPS系統(tǒng)具有良好的電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向性能,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。關(guān)健詞:汽車;電動
