1、摘要加快與加強教師繼續(xù)教育理論與實踐研究步伐，是全廄提高師資質(zhì)疑的當務之急。高校體育教師作為高校教師的一部分，加強他們的繼續(xù)教育對于我國體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著不可估量的{乍崩。本文采用文獻、問淹調(diào)查、訪談等研究方法，在對江西省體育教師蕊本情況、知漢結(jié)構(gòu)及能力孛乃步調(diào)查熬基礎L，對體育教爆繼續(xù)教育現(xiàn)狀，{乍了較為深入細致的調(diào)查和較為全面分析研究。得出以下結(jié)論；高校大部分體育教師對教師繼續(xù)數(shù)育內(nèi)涵認識不到位；但犬郄分教燼幫認識到{}學歷教奄鮑重要性，且需加強教學能力、教育科研能力的學習；大部分教師認為繼續(xù)教育對教學工作毒
2、幫助，但部分教蟥認為參加繼續(xù)教育與其數(shù)學建容不一致；教學方法以講授法為主；考核標準不嚴格；參加繼續(xù)教育的經(jīng)費緊缺、激師的思想積極性不鑫，培口ll效果磚i佳是鍘約教燼繼續(xù)教蹇的主要因素；教齬當蘸急霰織決漿翹題，主要是科研能力比較弱、教育觀念陳舊和教學手段落后、體育專_k知識逐漸老化。本文提出的對策：更新觀念、樹立教師終身學習的理念：采用激勵機制，諼動高姣體育教烀參熱繼續(xù)教蠢魄積攝牲；橡建刊．學合理豹課程體系；合理鑊用教學方法；完善繼續(xù)教育評估體系；完善高校教師繼續(xù)教育相關法律法規(guī)。關鍵詞：繼續(xù)教育；體育教師；高校；
