1、摘要加快與加強教師繼續(xù)教育理論與實踐研究步伐,是全廄提高師資質(zhì)疑的當務之急。高校體育教師作為高校教師的一部分,加強他們的繼續(xù)教育對于我國體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著不可估量的{乍崩。本文采用文獻、問淹調(diào)查、訪談等研究方法,在對江西省體育教師蕊本情況、知漢結(jié)構(gòu)及能力孛乃步調(diào)查熬基礎L,對體育教爆繼續(xù)教育現(xiàn)狀,{乍了較為深入細致的調(diào)查和較為全面分析研究。得出以下結(jié)論;高校大部分體育教師對教師繼續(xù)數(shù)育內(nèi)涵認識不到位;但犬郄分教燼幫認識到{}學歷教奄鮑重要性,且需加強教學能力、教育科研能力的學習;大部分教師認為繼續(xù)教育對教學工作毒
2、幫助,但部分教蟥認為參加繼續(xù)教育與其數(shù)學建容不一致;教學方法以講授法為主;考核標準不嚴格;參加繼續(xù)教育的經(jīng)費緊缺、激師的思想積極性不鑫,培口ll效果磚i佳是鍘約教燼繼續(xù)教蹇的主要因素;教齬當蘸急霰織決漿翹題,主要是科研能力比較弱、教育觀念陳舊和教學手段落后、體育專_k知識逐漸老化。本文提出的對策:更新觀念、樹立教師終身學習的理念:采用激勵機制,諼動高姣體育教烀參熱繼續(xù)教蠢魄積攝牲;橡建刊.學合理豹課程體系;合理鑊用教學方法;完善繼續(xù)教育評估體系;完善高校教師繼續(xù)教育相關法律法規(guī)。關鍵詞:繼續(xù)教育;體育教師;高校;
