1、摘要我國(guó)目前的環(huán)境污染狀況很嚴(yán)重,廢水處理特別是有機(jī)工業(yè)廢水的有效處理、達(dá)標(biāo)排放勢(shì)在必行。然而,在現(xiàn)有的廢水處理工程中,普遍存在著投資及運(yùn)行費(fèi)用高、能耗大、占地面積大、操作管理不便且在處理高濃度難降解有機(jī)廢水以及含高氨氮濃度廢水時(shí)難以達(dá)標(biāo)等問題。針對(duì)目前這種現(xiàn)狀,本論文在全面分析紡絲廢水水質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“水解酸化一缺氧一好氧膜生物反應(yīng)器”處理工藝,進(jìn)行了小試研究。分析水解酸化一缺氧一好氧膜生物反應(yīng)器的處理效果,考察該水處理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行情況,包括水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)、曝氣量,污泥濃度(MLSS)對(duì)處理
2、效果的影響。根據(jù)運(yùn)行情況對(duì)MBR工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn),找出最佳的工藝參數(shù)。經(jīng)運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)對(duì)該廢水的COD去除效果較好,去除率在85%左右,但是對(duì)總氮的去除效果并不明顯,只是使其中的氮元素部分或全部轉(zhuǎn)化為氨態(tài)氮,系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)水氨氮較高。系統(tǒng)對(duì)濁度去除效果明顯,出水基本穩(wěn)定在1.5NTU以下。文中對(duì)污染物濃度、pH值、堿度的沿程變化進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)不排泥條件下污泥混合液的特性進(jìn)行了研究,介紹了膜生物反應(yīng)器中膜的污染機(jī)理和清洗方法,以及本次實(shí)驗(yàn)中膜的污染情況和清沈效果。研究結(jié)論為水解酸化一缺氧一好氧膜生物反應(yīng)器工藝處理紡絲生

7、Baseontheoperationcondition,theprocesswasimprovedtofindthebestparameters.Afteraperiodofoperation,theCODremovalefficiencyofMBRisabout85%.ButtheeffectoftotalnitrogenremovalefficiencyofMBRisnotclear.TheammoniatenitrogenconcentrationofproducingwaterofMBRwasv
8、eryhigh,becausesomeorallofthenitrogenareconvertedintoammoniatenitrogentTheturbidityremovalofproducingwaterofMBRwassteadilybelow1.5NTU.Thestudyalsoanalyzedthechangealongtheductsofpollutantconcentration,pHvalueandalkalinity,
