1、重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要摘要近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)城市發(fā)生了很大的變化,尤其是重慶作為最年輕的直轄市,現(xiàn)正處于大發(fā)展，大建設(shè)階段，一座座新的摩天大樓不斷拔地而起。而在這些雄偉的高樓大廈中,隱藏著巨大的火災(zāi)隱患。由于人員、物資高度集中,稍有不慎即可釀成火災(zāi),造成人員傷亡和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。而高層建筑火災(zāi)的煙氣更是危害人員生命的重要因素。但是現(xiàn)在的設(shè)計(jì)人員在進(jìn)行消防設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，往往只注重了建筑、給排水和電氣的消防設(shè)計(jì)，卻忽略了防排煙的設(shè)計(jì)。本文筆者根據(jù)自身建筑工程消防審核的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合《高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《高規(guī)》）、《
2、建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《建規(guī)》）、《人民防空工程設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《人防》）等消防技術(shù)規(guī)范，對(duì)消防審核中防排煙設(shè)計(jì)的一些常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地剖析，分析了問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因，指出了克服糾正這些問(wèn)題的辦法；還對(duì)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中存在的不足進(jìn)行了深入地探討和研究，對(duì)現(xiàn)行防火規(guī)范中的空白點(diǎn)和多處條文存在的問(wèn)題提出了合理的修改建議；同時(shí)對(duì)某些具體工程中的防排煙問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討、研究，并對(duì)某些防排煙方式進(jìn)行比較分析，以期望在具體的設(shè)計(jì)中能得出一種合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案，為今后的防排煙設(shè)計(jì)提供一些參考思路。筆者最后還通過(guò)對(duì)重慶國(guó)際會(huì)展中心展覽館這一超規(guī)范建筑性能化設(shè)計(jì)的具
