1、丙烯酸酯共聚乳液膠粘劑的研究與應(yīng)用摘要丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液膠粘劑是乳液聚合技術(shù)的重要應(yīng)用之一。也是我國(guó)上世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)發(fā)展最快的一種聚合物乳液膠粘劑。本課題針對(duì)丙烯酸酯共聚乳液膠粘劑的研究現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)分子設(shè)計(jì)原理進(jìn)行乳液共聚合，優(yōu)化合成工藝，調(diào)整配方組合，制備出多元共聚型丙烯酸酯乳液，并實(shí)踐應(yīng)用于紙塑復(fù)膜膠粘劑與汽車(chē)內(nèi)飾膠粘劑。以期解決常規(guī)丙烯酸酯共聚乳液膠粘劑存在的一些不足之處，提高丙烯酸酯乳液膠粘劑的綜合性能，利用TEM、DSC、FTIR等多種測(cè)試方法，深入分析并較為詳細(xì)的討論了聚合方式、保護(hù)膠體、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、引發(fā)劑、乳化劑、共聚單體、功能單體、增粘樹(shù)脂以及pH值

2、等因素對(duì)乳液及膠粘劑性能的影響。主要研究成果包括：(1)制備出固含量低但粘接性能優(yōu)良的丙烯酸酯乳液紙塑復(fù)膜膠。解決了傳統(tǒng)復(fù)膜膠耐水性差和低溫下的初粘性低的不足之處。(2)采用種子乳液聚合結(jié)合半連續(xù)滴加的聚合工藝，制備出了汽車(chē)內(nèi)飾材料用環(huán)保型水基聚丙烯酸酯乳液膠粘劑。它具有高固含量、室溫自交聯(lián)等特點(diǎn)。具有干燥時(shí)間短、初粘性高、無(wú)毒不燃、無(wú)環(huán)境污染等優(yōu)勢(shì)。關(guān)鍵詞：丙烯酸酯共聚乳液膠粘劑性能StudyofAcrylateCopolymerEmulsionAdhesivesAbstractAcrylatecopolymeremulsionadhesiveisoneof1h
