1、摘要摘要我國(guó)正處于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)研究開(kāi)發(fā)的發(fā)展階段,國(guó)內(nèi)研究開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀是:主要研究HART協(xié)議,CAN總線產(chǎn)品最多,LonWorks總線產(chǎn)品用于樓宇控制最多,但在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域不是主流。PROFIBUS正處于開(kāi)發(fā)中,目前還沒(méi)有一種PROFIBUS產(chǎn)品通過(guò)認(rèn)證。PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線已經(jīng)成為開(kāi)放的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在全世界得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,這既給國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備及儀表提出了新的更高要求,同時(shí)也提供了新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。國(guó)內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品要想打入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)就必須帶有PROFIBUS接口,才能方便地接入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PROFIBUS網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此,研究PROFIBUS總線技術(shù)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義
2、。本文以液壓伺服控制系統(tǒng)PRoFlBUS-DP從站通信接口的開(kāi)發(fā)為契機(jī),對(duì)PROFIBUS總線進(jìn)行研究。首先整體上概述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù),并對(duì)FF、LonWorks、CAN、PROFIBUS進(jìn)行比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上深入分析PROFIBUS總線MAC協(xié)議運(yùn)行機(jī)制,建立“1-n’’傳輸延時(shí)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算得到總線令牌循環(huán)時(shí)間1h與傳送延時(shí)的關(guān)系衄線;然后對(duì)PROFIBUS.DP從站通信接口進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括軟硬件詳細(xì)介紹;最后,著眼于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的發(fā)展,探討了PROFIBUS與工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的互聯(lián)。關(guān)鍵詞:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線;PROFIBUS;總線實(shí)時(shí)性能;SPC3;以太網(wǎng)廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)
