1、南京航空航天大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要回彈是板料成形過程中存在的一種普遍現(xiàn)象,影響著成形零件的尺寸精度。對于回彈的研究,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者進(jìn)行了大量的研究,但純粹的對橡皮囊的回彈研究則很少,目前還沒有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的研究,而橡皮囊成形工藝由于適于小批量、多品種的鈑金零件制造,在飛機(jī)制造領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用;同時(shí)橡皮囊成形過程中也不可避免的產(chǎn)生回彈,因此對回彈的研究成為飛機(jī)制造業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。本文針對飛機(jī)制造業(yè)廣泛使用的LY12鋁合金板料橡皮囊成形后的回彈現(xiàn)象,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)和仿真的方法探索成形過程中各種因素對回彈角的影響,對弧形件彎曲回彈進(jìn)行仿真研究并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)結(jié)
2、果對仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)而來指導(dǎo)實(shí)際的飛機(jī)制造工藝。在橡皮囊仿真的建模中,由于Pamstamp本身不能直接對實(shí)體施加壓力,因此在橡皮囊上設(shè)置一塊受力板,通過受力板傳遞成形壓力,所以該受力板材料要盡可能的軟,以保證橡皮囊成形受力的真實(shí)性。除對橡皮囊成形進(jìn)行仿真模擬,同時(shí)也對部分模型進(jìn)行剛性模的模擬,與橡皮囊成形模擬從回彈結(jié)果與成形過程兩方面進(jìn)行對比,得出橡皮囊成形與剛性模成形的異同點(diǎn)。對橡皮囊進(jìn)行仿真后,通過試驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)果對仿真進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果能比較好的吻合,因此對實(shí)際生產(chǎn)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:回彈,橡皮囊成形,彎曲,數(shù)值模
