2、,包含大淀粉粒的淀粉體通過縊縮進行增殖,每個淀粉體只包含一個大淀粉粒;小淀粉粒在胚乳發(fā)育的中、后期發(fā)生與發(fā)育,包含大淀粉粒的淀粉體被膜向細胞基質(zhì)突起,出芽產(chǎn)生許多淀粉體,小淀粉粒在這些淀粉體內(nèi)發(fā)生與發(fā)育;包含小淀粉粒的淀粉體也可以通過縊縮或被膜外突出芽產(chǎn)生新淀粉體,用來形成小淀粉粒;多個小淀粉粒可以同時在一個淀粉體內(nèi)發(fā)生與發(fā)育;當?shù)矸垠w被淀粉粒所充滿,淀粉體被膜降解消失,釋放淀粉粒到細胞基質(zhì)中。上述結(jié)果表明,小麥胚乳大淀粉粒為單粒淀粉,而小淀粉粒為復粒淀粉。關鍵詞:小麥;胚乳;淀粉體;復粒淀粉中圖分類號:S512.1;S311文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1009-10
