7、.摘要:AGO蛋白是RNA誘導(dǎo)沉默復(fù)合體的核心元件,在植物生長發(fā)育過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。通過分別特異性地擴(kuò)增OsAGO1a基因中第2外顯子和第11~12外顯子的片段,構(gòu)建了兩個干涉載體OsAGO1aI-1E和OsAGO1aI-2E。利用農(nóng)桿菌介導(dǎo)法轉(zhuǎn)化水稻品種日本晴,抑制OsAGO1a基因的表達(dá),借此研究OsAGO1a的功能及其對水稻生長發(fā)育的影響。結(jié)果表明,抑制OsAGO1a的表達(dá)導(dǎo)致葉片的近軸面卷曲而對其他主要農(nóng)藝性狀的影響不大。關(guān)鍵詞:水稻;OsAGO1a;極性發(fā)育;卷葉;農(nóng)藝性狀中圖分類號:Q786;S511.032文獻(xiàn)
