1、武漢工程大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文氯胺磷與井岡霉素對(duì)水稻紋枯病菌的混配增效作用研究姓名:李喜書申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):生物化工指導(dǎo)教師:韓新才20090501摘要水稻紋枯病已成為我國(guó)水稻病害之首,由RhizoctoniasolaniKuhn引起,歷年發(fā)生嚴(yán)重。氯胺磷是我國(guó)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的殺蟲(chóng)劑創(chuàng)新品種,通過(guò)創(chuàng)新農(nóng)藥途徑開(kāi)發(fā)出的甲胺磷取代產(chǎn)品。它對(duì)稻縱卷葉螟、螟蟲(chóng)、稻飛虱、葉蟬、薊馬、棉鈴蟲(chóng)等害蟲(chóng)有較好的防治效果。作為有機(jī)殺菌劑,氯胺磷亦對(duì)水稻紋枯病具有很好的防治效果,在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐上有重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和科學(xué)意義。井岡霉素在水稻
2、紋枯病的防治應(yīng)用上,已有30多年的歷史,其殺菌防治效果有待進(jìn)一步提高。本文研究了氯胺磷、井岡霉素、百菌清和多菌靈對(duì)水稻紋枯病菌的室內(nèi)毒力測(cè)定,測(cè)定它們的EC50分別為168.2、467.8、0.350和2505.5mg/L。并將氯胺磷與井岡霉素按不同比例混配,測(cè)試這些混劑對(duì)水稻紋枯病菌的聯(lián)合毒力,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分別采用Sun法和Finney法兩種聯(lián)合毒力的評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),篩選出最佳配比。兩者以4:1、1:1混配具有顯著的增效作用,考慮綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和增效作用兩方面,l:1配比為最佳。為驗(yàn)證氯胺磷TC和井岡霉素AS混用的
