1、石油學(xué)報(bào)(石油加工)2009年12月ACTAPETROLEISINICA(PETROLEUMPROCESSINGSECTION)第25卷第6期文章編號(hào):1001-8719(2009)06-0819-07取代基對(duì)硫代磷酰胺酯摩擦磨損的影響韋淡平,宋海清,蘭曉艷(中國(guó)石化石油化工科學(xué)研究院,北京100083)摘要:采用四球機(jī)和SRV試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了3類不同結(jié)構(gòu)的硫代磷酰胺酯(TPA)的抗磨有效性,包括硫代磷酰單胺酯(TPMA)、硫代磷酰雙胺酯(TPDA)和二硫代磷酰單胺酯(DPMA)。結(jié)果表明,TPA通常有較好的抗磨性和承載能力。其潤(rùn)滑性取決于酯基和胺基的結(jié)構(gòu)、取代基的電負(fù)性和摩擦條件。在單向滑
2、動(dòng)和往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)中性能都較佳的是硫脲基上連接有強(qiáng)烈吸電子作用的取代基的O-乙基、N-烷基和硫脲基單硫代磷酰胺酯(EAPTUT)。某些TPA的性能優(yōu)于ZDTP、MoDTP、硫代磷酸酯、膦酸次膦酸胺鹽、T305和T307等商品化的抗磨劑。1個(gè)TPA分子中同時(shí)含有S、P、N基團(tuán),分子內(nèi)相互牽制作用使每個(gè)功能團(tuán)都不會(huì)過(guò)度活潑,摩擦過(guò)程中的腐蝕磨損和磨粒磨損很易平衡,總磨損最小。SRV試驗(yàn)中每次往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)磨出新鮮金屬表面僅費(fèi)時(shí)百分之幾秒,而活性不夠的抗磨劑可能無(wú)法及時(shí)生成新表面保護(hù)膜。關(guān)鍵詞:硫代磷酰胺酯;潤(rùn)滑性;取代基;Hammett常數(shù);電負(fù)性;作用機(jī)理中圖分類號(hào):TE624.82;O623.626
