2、直井段、二開斜井段和三開水平段都能一趟鉆完成,達到鉆井提速的目的,制定了一系列技術(shù)措施:針對紅河油田地層研磨性強、穩(wěn)定性差的特點,根據(jù)該油田的地層可鉆性級值,選出了適合不同井段的PDC鉆頭,采用能保證井壁穩(wěn)定且對儲層傷害程度低的鉀銨基鉆井液;根據(jù)該油田的實鉆經(jīng)驗及現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平,對井身結(jié)構(gòu)、井身剖面進行了優(yōu)化;針對二開直井段和定向井段機械鉆速的情況,二開采用“PDC鉆頭+螺桿+MwD'’的復合鉆井技術(shù)。9口井的現(xiàn)場應用表明,一開直井段、二開直井段、二開斜井段和三開水平段都能一趟鉆完成,起下鉆次數(shù)明顯減少,
