2、,開(kāi)展了淺層稠油水平井鉆井技術(shù)研究。在分析主要鉆井技術(shù)難點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)地層特點(diǎn)優(yōu)選了地質(zhì)靶點(diǎn),采用了7段制井眼軌道設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)管柱下入能力分析結(jié)果,考慮必封點(diǎn)確定了井身結(jié)構(gòu)和各開(kāi)次的鉆具組合,并制定了鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)措施,形成適合葡淺12區(qū)塊的淺層稠油水平井鉆井技術(shù)。該技術(shù)在3口淺層稠油抽平井進(jìn)行了成功應(yīng)用,與國(guó)內(nèi)其他淺層稠油水平井相比,鉆井周期縮短5d以上。這表明,超淺稠油水平井鉆井技術(shù)能解決葡淺12區(qū)塊淺層稠油水平井造斜點(diǎn)淺、流沙層不易造斜、管柱下入難度大等問(wèn)題,為利用水平井開(kāi)發(fā)淺層稠油油藏、提高采收率和開(kāi)發(fā)效益提供了技術(shù)支
