2、pert8.06響應(yīng)曲面法設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn),建立多元二次回歸方程預(yù)測模型,進(jìn)一步確定固定化微生物的最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)組合,并在最佳參數(shù)條件下驗(yàn)證模型的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明,預(yù)測模型準(zhǔn)確;在土壤含油率為4.72(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),固定化微生物修復(fù)35d,響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化得到固定化微生物最佳降解條件為Wc:WN:Wp:100:9.79:1,接種量1O.34、含水率17.8(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),石油烴降解率為42.4,高于單因素最優(yōu)條件時(shí)的4O.8;對石油烴降解率影響的顯著性從大到小的因素依次是接種量、含水率、Wc/w。關(guān)鍵詞:固定化微生物;石油污染土壤;響應(yīng)面;優(yōu)化條件中圖分類號:X53文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:Ad
