1、第35卷第11期同濟(jì)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(自然科學(xué)版)Vol.35No.112007年11月JOURNALOFTONGJIUNIVERSITY(NATURALSCIENCE)Nov.2007鋼渣吸附去除水溶液中磷的研究趙桂瑜,周琪,謝麗(同濟(jì)大學(xué)污染控制與資源化國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,上海200092)摘要:研究了鋼渣對(duì)水溶液中磷素的等溫吸附特征和吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)過程,考察了初始溶液濃度、鋼渣粒度和溫度對(duì)吸附作用的影響,計(jì)算了鋼渣對(duì)磷素的吸附速率.結(jié)果表明:鋼渣的吸附除磷作用主要是通過化學(xué)沉淀和配位體交換4-1兩種途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)的,符合Lan
2、gmuir等溫吸附模型,理論飽和吸附量為4.2710mgkg.鋼渣對(duì)磷素的吸附量受粒度和溫度影響不大,但隨初始溶液濃度的增大而增大.鋼渣粒度越小,吸附速率越高,對(duì)吸附作用越有利.溫度較高,初始濃度較低的條件下,吸附速率較大.鋼渣吸附除磷的吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)過程符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,由該模型可以估算出鋼渣對(duì)水溶液中磷素的平衡吸附量,誤差基本在14%之內(nèi).關(guān)鍵詞:鋼渣;吸附;動(dòng)力學(xué)中圖分類號(hào):X52文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0253-374X(2007)11-1510-05AdsorptionofPhos

5、thatprecipitationreactionsandligandexchangewithelementsofcalciumandironinsteelconverterslagsarethedominatingmechanismsforphosphorusremoval.Langmuirisothermisfoundtofitthedataofphosphorusadsorptionontosteelconverterslagswell,withsaturationadsorptioncapacity4-1of4
6、.2710mgkg.Thecapacityofphosphorusadsorptionimproveswiththeincreaseofinitialphosphorusconcentrationbutisnotaffectedbytemperatureandadsorbentparticlesize.Phosphorusadsorptionrateisobservedtodecreasewithlargerparticlesize,butincreaseunderlowinitialphosphorusconc
