2、2.5mg/m3)甲醛,一周后處死。制作大鼠嗅球和海馬的冰凍切片進(jìn)行尼氏染色、免疫組化并實施全蛋白免疫印跡分析,觀察兩組大鼠嗅球、海馬的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞形態(tài),Glu、GABA、NOS含量的變化。實驗結(jié)果得出,較正常組,甲醛吸入組的大鼠嗅球和海馬切片的尼氏染色顯示神經(jīng)細(xì)胞排列混亂,胞體皺縮,免疫組化和蛋白印跡顯示吸入組的Glu和NOS的陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)以及染色強度和蛋白含量有不同程度的降低,而GABA蛋白含量經(jīng)甲醛吸入后變現(xiàn)為上升。由此得出,甲醛吸入能改變大鼠嗅球和海馬的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞形態(tài),使嗅球和海馬If',JGlu、GABA、NOS合成量改變,進(jìn)而影響大鼠的學(xué)
