2、H的作用下形成3個(gè)分支,最終分別生成橙色到磚紅色的天竺葵素糖苷、紅色的矢車菊素糖苷和藍(lán)色到紫色的飛燕草素糖苷。F’3H、F’35H和DFR基因是利用遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化引入花卉植物原本缺乏的花色代謝途徑的關(guān)鍵基因。花色素苷合成結(jié)構(gòu)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控是目前研究的熱點(diǎn),進(jìn)行調(diào)控的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子主要包括兩大類相互作用的bHLH和MYB轉(zhuǎn)錄因子;花色素苷合成的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)理,包括bHLH和MYB兩類因子之間的相互作用,以及它們對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)基因順式元件的識(shí)別與結(jié)合,已經(jīng)闡述得比較清楚。另外,對(duì)于一些處于bHLH和MYB上游的WD40類因子和光敏色素的研究,開(kāi)啟了對(duì)從信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)
