1、西北工業(yè)大學(xué)MBA論文摘要蠶桑是寧夏近幾年才提倡發(fā)展的一項產(chǎn)業(yè)，因產(chǎn)品具有非常好的品質(zhì)，在國際市場很受歡迎，是具有地方特色的上佳資源，發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?。目前，寧夏蠶桑業(yè)已形成了一定規(guī)模，具備了一定的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)，所不足的是缺少資金投入來進一步擴大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。把蠶桑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展好，形成高附加值農(nóng)業(yè)和建立起良性工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，對寧夏經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文總體上可以分成三個部分。第一部分在對寧夏區(qū)情、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和全區(qū)經(jīng)濟存在的突出問題進行簡介的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)比較優(yōu)勢、后發(fā)優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟分階段成長等理論對寧夏的蠶桑業(yè)進行了分析論證。第二部分結(jié)合寧夏蠶桑業(yè)的實際
2、情況，從主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和寧夏蠶桑業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略途徑選擇等三個方面，對如何發(fā)展寧夏蠶桑業(yè)進行了戰(zhàn)略高度研究，設(shè)計出寧夏蠶桑業(yè)今后發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路。第三部分，從盡快擺脫貧困的惡性循環(huán)角度出發(fā)，研究了寧夏蠶桑業(yè)發(fā)展和扶貧開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系。研究表明，對寧夏蠶桑進行合理開發(fā)和利用，完全可以形成新的經(jīng)濟增長點有助于彌補寧夏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的短缺;充分發(fā)揮蠶桑在經(jīng)濟增長、擴大就業(yè)、拓展市場、增加服務(wù)等方面的作用，使之成為地區(qū)競爭優(yōu)勢和產(chǎn)業(yè)成長的生力軍，以提高寧夏產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次，改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效益，實現(xiàn)寧夏經(jīng)濟騰飛這一最終目的?！娟P(guān)鍵詞〕蠶桑業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略比較優(yōu)勢后
