1、技術(shù)學(xué)刊第二十三卷民國九十七年JournalofTechnology,Vol.23,(2008)旋壓成型可靠度分析之研究aba蔡有藤蔡建章陳永增a德霖技術(shù)學(xué)院機械系b緯勵企業(yè)有限公司摘要數(shù)控旋壓成形技術(shù)充分利用了數(shù)控加工中心的彈性,對零件的最終形狀、成形軌跡、旋壓轉(zhuǎn)速、滾輪進給速度等參數(shù)進行任意調(diào)整,可以旋壓出各種不同形狀的零件,具有加工效率高、勞動需求低、無須進行切削加工等特點;在旋壓過程,不同的材質(zhì)和形狀,需設(shè)定不同的加工參數(shù),若參數(shù)設(shè)定不當(dāng),易造成加工失?。ㄆ屏眩┈F(xiàn)象。為改善旋壓成型品質(zhì)不
2、穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象,本文採用田口方法之品質(zhì)工程規(guī)劃法,分析不同工程因子對目標(biāo)品質(zhì)之影響,不同旋壓成形製程參數(shù)的適用範(fàn)圍,找出製程最佳化之加工參數(shù),以減少分析所需之試模時間及成本浪費。而為提高產(chǎn)品可靠度、降低製造不良率,本文分析不同厚度特性在旋壓加工時可靠度退化情況;探討製程參數(shù)對不同厚度及硬度加工影響,針對不同厚度板材探討不同變形比旋壓失效原因,記錄失效時間及旋壓容許範(fàn)圍,利用可靠度分析之基本理論及參數(shù)估計之方法,求出失效分佈之參數(shù)值,再以K-S適合度檢定之方法,判斷產(chǎn)品最適之失效分佈,藉以得知旋壓過程中不
