1、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)第59卷第11期化工學(xué)報(bào)V01.59No.112008年11月JournalofChemicalIndustryandEngineering(China)November2008基于NTU的太陽(yáng)能溶液集熱/再生器性能分析彭冬根,張小松(東南大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,江蘇南京210096)摘要:太陽(yáng)能溶液集熱/再生器是集太陽(yáng)能光熱轉(zhuǎn)化和溶液再生于一體的裝置,它能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)太陽(yáng)能溶液除濕蒸發(fā)冷卻系統(tǒng)的溶液再生。通過(guò)自定義總溫差(△To)和量綱1散熱系數(shù)(也)兩個(gè)變量,得到以傳熱單元數(shù)為自變量的量綱l耦合傳熱、傳質(zhì)模型,并通過(guò)與相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比對(duì)模型進(jìn)行
2、了驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)對(duì)空氣和溶液入口參數(shù)變化對(duì)溶液集熱再生性能影響分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)空氣入口溫度提高120C、濕度降低12g·kg~,溶液出口濃度升幅分別提高30%和70%以上;溶液入口溫度提高30℃,溶液出口濃度升幅提高160%以上。對(duì)4組量綱群分析,得到傳熱單元數(shù)NTU、流量比ASMR、總溫差△To和Lewis數(shù)k的增加都能促進(jìn)溶液再生。逆流再生比順流再生的出口濃度增幅能提高10%左右。關(guān)鍵詞:太陽(yáng)能溶液集熱/再生器;總溫差;量綱1散熱系數(shù);傳熱單元數(shù)NTU中圖分類號(hào):TK511.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0438—1157(2008)11—2875一09
