1、AsianInfrastructureInvestmentBankArticlesofAgreement《亞洲基礎設施投資銀行協(xié)定》本協(xié)定簽署國一致同意：ThecountriesonwhosebehalfthepresentAgreementissignedagreeasfollows:考慮到在全球化背景下，區(qū)域合作在推動亞洲經(jīng)濟體持續(xù)增長及經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展方面具有重要意義，也有助于提升本地區(qū)應對未來金融危機和其他外部沖擊的能力；CONSIDERINGtheimportanceofregionalcooperationtos
2、ustaingrowthandpromoteeconomicandsocialdevelopmentoftheeconomiesinAsiaandtherebycontributetoregionalresilienceagainstpotentialfinancialcrisesandotherexternalshocksinthecontextofglobalization;認識到基礎設施發(fā)展在推動區(qū)域互聯(lián)互通和一體化方面具有重要意義，也有助于推進亞洲經(jīng)濟增長和社會發(fā)展，進而為全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供新動力；ACKNOWLED
3、GINGthesignificanceofinfrastructuredevelopmentinexpandingregionalconnectivityandimprovingregionalintegration,therebypromotingeconomicgrowthandsustainingsocialdevelopmentforthepeopleinAsia,andcontributingtoglobaleconomicdynamism;認識到亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（以下簡稱“銀行”）通過與現(xiàn)有多邊開發(fā)銀行開展
4、合作，將更好地為亞洲地區(qū)長期的巨額基礎設施建設融資缺口提供資金支持；REALIZINGthattheconsiderablelong-termneedforfinancinginfrastructuredevelopmentinAsiawillbemetmoreadequatelybyapartnershipamongexistingmultilateraldevelopmentbanksandtheAsianInfrastructureInvestmentBank(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"B
5、ank");確信作為旨在支持基礎設施發(fā)展的多邊金融機構，銀行的成立將有助于從亞洲域內(nèi)及域外動員更多的亟需資金，緩解亞洲經(jīng)濟體面臨的融資瓶頸，與現(xiàn)有多邊開發(fā)銀行形成互補，推進亞洲實現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長；CONVINCEDthattheestablishmentoftheBankasamultilateralfinancialinstitutionfocusedoninfrastructuredevelopmentwillhelptomobilizemuchneededadditionalresourcesfrominsideand
