2、,SI-1300,SI-1320各為一組,來源于中國的2個父本品種為一組,SI-1310與來源于國外的其它品種分屬另3組。這種分組結(jié)果與材料的來源及系譜關(guān)系墓本一致。各組間親本在產(chǎn)量性狀、種子品質(zhì)性狀及物候期性狀上存在明顯差別。SSR,ISSR標(biāo)記的遺傳距離與雜種單株產(chǎn)量極顯著乓相關(guān),但決定系數(shù)較小。SSR及ISSR標(biāo)記遺傳距離難以預(yù)測甘藍(lán)型油菜雜種產(chǎn)量及其優(yōu)勢.關(guān)鍵詞:甘藍(lán)型油菜;遺傳多樣性;雜種表現(xiàn);SSR;ISSRRelationshipBetweenHybridPerformanceandGeneticDiversityBasedonSSRand
