1、第9卷第6期鐵道科學(xué)與工程學(xué)報(bào)Vol.9No.62012年12月JOURNALOFRAILWAYSCIENCEANDENGINEERINGDec.2012正交異性板道砟橋面鋼桁梁設(shè)計(jì)*龔俊虎(中鐵第四勘察設(shè)計(jì)院集團(tuán)有限公司,湖北武漢430063)摘要:以96m正交異性板道砟橋面鋼桁梁為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)主桁下弦桿為拉彎構(gòu)件的受力特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)中適當(dāng)增大主桁下弦桿的豎向抗彎剛度。通過(guò)取消傳統(tǒng)的鋼混組合式道砟槽板,采用新型MMA防水體系+CAP輕質(zhì)墊層+鋼擋砟墻橋面系布置,減小二期恒載30%以上,有效減小了主
2、桁用鋼量。為了解決正交異性鋼橋面板活載加載計(jì)算工作量大的問(wèn)題,提出了正交異性板橋面系虛擬影響面加載法。鋼桁梁的各項(xiàng)剛度指標(biāo)分析結(jié)果表明:本橋具有較大的整體剛度,滿足200km/h的列車行車速度要求。結(jié)合橋址實(shí)際情況,在鋼桁梁小夾角上跨既有鐵路狀況下,采用轉(zhuǎn)體施工法進(jìn)行鋼桁梁架設(shè)。關(guān)鍵詞:正交異性板;道砟橋面;鋼桁梁;CAP輕質(zhì)墊層;轉(zhuǎn)體施工法;板桁組合結(jié)構(gòu);虛擬影響面加載法中圖分類號(hào):U448.36文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1672-7029(2012)06-0018-06Designofsteel

8、tualinfluencesurfaceloadingmethod正交異性鋼橋面板以往主要應(yīng)用于大跨度公路異性鋼橋面板和桁梁下弦桿頂板直接相連;同時(shí),在橋梁的鋼箱梁橋面板上,我國(guó)的鐵路鋼桁梁橋面一下弦節(jié)點(diǎn)之間增設(shè)密布的倒T形截面橫肋形成整體[1~2]般采用縱橫梁明橋面。但是,明橋面系鋼桁梁橋面,上設(shè)擋砟墻鋪設(shè)道砟形成道砟橋面。正交異噪音大、沖擊大、橋下易落物、易污染,且一般僅限使性板道砟橋面鋼桁梁噪音低、剛度大、整體性好,可用于平坡直線路段,不適用于160km/h以上的行車用于平曲
