1、—464—中華消化雜志2004年8月第24卷第8期ChinJDig,August2004,Vol.24,No.8·論著·加貝酯對(duì)Oddi括約肌運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響吳叔明徐華戈之錚莫?jiǎng)χ谊悇倭紬畲ㄈA【摘要】目的觀(guān)察加貝酯對(duì)Oddi括約肌運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。方法對(duì)我院12例行內(nèi)鏡下逆行胰膽管造影(ERCP)患者于內(nèi)鏡下作Oddi括約肌測(cè)壓術(shù),記錄Oddi括約肌的基礎(chǔ)壓、基礎(chǔ)收縮幅度、收縮-1-1頻率和運(yùn)動(dòng)指數(shù)(基礎(chǔ)收縮幅度×收縮頻率),并在靜脈滴注加貝酯1、3mg·kg·h前后,分別重復(fù)以上測(cè)壓過(guò)程。以用藥前后記錄數(shù)
2、據(jù)作自身對(duì)照配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果①靜脈滴注加貝酯-1-11、3mg·kg·h不影響Oddi括約肌的基礎(chǔ)壓(P>0.05)和基礎(chǔ)收縮幅度(P>0.05)。②加貝酯能明-1-1顯減少Oddi括約肌的收縮頻率(P<0.05),但用藥劑量1、3mg·kg·h之間差異無(wú)顯著性(P>0.-1-1-105)。③大劑量加貝酯可明顯降低Oddi括約肌運(yùn)動(dòng)指數(shù)(P<0.01),且3mg·kg·h與1mg·kg·-1-1h劑量間差異也有顯著性(P<0.05)。結(jié)論加貝酯能減少人Oddi括約肌的收縮頻率,3mg·
