1、環(huán)境污染與防治第33卷第5期2011年5月于橋水庫(kù)秋季浮游植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)與水質(zhì)因子的關(guān)系*田志強(qiáng)田秉暉辛麗花賈大偉張磊(中國(guó)科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心,環(huán)境水質(zhì)學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100085)摘要針對(duì)于橋水庫(kù)秋季藻類大量爆發(fā)引發(fā)的富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化所導(dǎo)致的供水安全問題,研究了浮游植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)與水質(zhì)因子的關(guān)系,找出影響浮游植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)的主要水質(zhì)因子和富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的主控因子。結(jié)果顯示,2009年秋季于橋水庫(kù)共有浮游植物110種,隸屬于7門52屬,平均豐度為3.46×10s個(gè)/L,優(yōu)勢(shì)種為彎形尖頭藻、圓柱魚腥藻、雙頭針桿藻、尖針桿藻;
2、于橋水庫(kù)水質(zhì)總體處于中營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀態(tài);浮游植物物種豐富度、豐度受水質(zhì)變化影響較大,DO、pH、透明度是影響浮游植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)的主要水質(zhì)因子,磷是富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的主控因子。在現(xiàn)有的富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化狀況下,通過調(diào)控主要水質(zhì)因子,控制群落結(jié)構(gòu),可以防止水華大規(guī)模爆發(fā),確保水質(zhì)安全。關(guān)鍵詞于橋水庫(kù)浮游植物群落結(jié)構(gòu)水質(zhì)因子主成分分析RelationshipbetweenstructureofphytoplanktoncommunityandwaterqualityfactorsinYuqiaoReservoirinautumnTIANZhiqi
