2、,在同一工藝參數(shù)下在45#鋼基體上制得Ni25、Ni45、Ni60合金激光熔覆涂層。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜儀(EDS)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、顯微硬度計(jì)等方法對(duì)涂層的顯微組織、物相組成、顯微硬度等進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明從Ni25到Ni60合金涂層,隨著合金元素含量的提高,涂層微觀組織逐漸由亞共晶轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫^共晶,C-Ni奧氏體枝晶所占體積分?jǐn)?shù)減少,尺寸細(xì)化,枝晶間的共晶組織和硬質(zhì)相所占的體積分?jǐn)?shù)增大,涂層和基體之間結(jié)合帶的寬度越來越窄,熔覆層的顯微硬度越來越高。Ni25、Ni45合金涂層的平均顯微硬度分別為250HV
