2、粘度較柴油降低,粘度為1.20°E20,霧化質(zhì)量和蒸發(fā)性能得到提高?!拔⒈?yīng)”對(duì)柴油機(jī)的負(fù)荷特性有影響,使熱效率提高。隨著負(fù)荷的增大,柴油機(jī)燃用混合燃料的耗油率低于燃用柴油的油耗率,經(jīng)濟(jì)性有所提高。甲醇-柴油混合燃料平均節(jié)油率達(dá)9.5%,在中、高負(fù)荷下節(jié)油率平均達(dá)12.4%。在中、高負(fù)荷范圍內(nèi)燃用混合燃料的煙度均低于燃用柴油時(shí)的,下降達(dá)25.6%,NOx的排放值顯著降低。[結(jié)論]柴油機(jī)燃用甲醇-柴油混合燃料熱效率有所提高,中、高負(fù)荷時(shí)耗油率顯著下降,經(jīng)濟(jì)性好,減少了環(huán)境污染,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。關(guān)鍵詞柴
