7、·參考文獻(xiàn)··························································摘要本學(xué)期過(guò)程流體機(jī)械,我組所做課程設(shè)計(jì)為V型球閥。V型球閥屬于固定球閥,也是單閥座密封球閥,調(diào)節(jié)性能在球閥中比較有優(yōu)勢(shì)。本設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明根據(jù)已知的球法者及經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)DN100mm,PN1MPa的球閥進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要包括了材料選擇,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),尺寸計(jì)算,強(qiáng)度校核,三維建模,CFD數(shù)值模擬分析等。并且,盡量式結(jié)構(gòu)在滿(mǎn)足其工藝要求的前提下,降低結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性。本設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)老師給定的數(shù)據(jù)和已知條件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)進(jìn)行選材。設(shè)計(jì)

8、期間用到了solidworks進(jìn)行三維建模,并建立了流道圖,用到了gambit進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,設(shè)置邊界條件,用fluent進(jìn)
