1、華臣地產(chǎn)管理手冊本文以華臣地產(chǎn)員工的薪酬激勵(lì)體系為研究對象,通過對華臣地產(chǎn)員工薪酬激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀的分析,依據(jù)薪酬體系的設(shè)計(jì)原則并結(jié)合本公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對華臣地產(chǎn)員工的薪酬激勵(lì)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。本文首先討論研究的背景及意義,重點(diǎn)從理論角度綜述相關(guān)的薪酬激勵(lì)理論,在此理論基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究思路及方法;其次介紹華臣地產(chǎn)的概況,重點(diǎn)分析公司目前在員工薪酬激勵(lì)中存在的問題及原因;針對公司目前在員工薪酬激勵(lì)方面存在的問題,提出薪酬改革的有效方式,通過選擇合適的員工薪酬激勵(lì)模式、確定合理的薪酬體系構(gòu)成要素,從而設(shè)計(jì)出一套能夠有效激勵(lì)員工的薪酬激勵(lì)體系。關(guān)鍵詞:薪酬激勵(lì)
