2、研究。[結(jié)果]土壤中添加優(yōu)勢(shì)修復(fù)菌液,可增加鉻(Ⅵ)的還原能力;只添加菌液的寡營(yíng)養(yǎng)土壤鉻(Ⅵ)污染去除率為60.0%~99.5%;添加營(yíng)養(yǎng)菌液的富營(yíng)養(yǎng)土壤鉻(Ⅵ)去除率為92.0%~99.6%。[結(jié)論]修復(fù)菌液最適pH為7.5,最適溫度為30℃,加入牛糞可以顯著加速鉻(Ⅵ)的修復(fù)效果。關(guān)鍵詞耐鉻菌;鉻污染;修復(fù);影響中圖分類號(hào)S181.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)0517-6611(2012)12-07349-05ThePropertiesofChromiumResistantBacteriaandtheOptimizationConditionsofRemediat
