1、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文玻纖增強(qiáng)尼龍材料在手機(jī)外殼上的應(yīng)用摘要通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)手機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷升級(jí),使得手機(jī)外殼的選材也發(fā)生了很大的變化。與傳統(tǒng)材料PC/ABS等相比,尼龍材料不論在流動(dòng)性還是在力學(xué)性能方面,都有著自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)?,F(xiàn)代智能手機(jī)日益輕薄化的設(shè)計(jì)要求,使得玻纖增強(qiáng)的尼龍材料開(kāi)始大量使用在手機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)性部件里。本文對(duì)手機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史和外殼材料的改變作了概述,對(duì)尼龍材料在這一領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)做了分析。不同于PC/ABS等無(wú)定形材料,尼龍材料對(duì)加工設(shè)備和加工工藝都有其自身的要求。本文選擇和研究了適合尼龍材料注塑成型的基本設(shè)備和工藝條件。玻纖增強(qiáng)的尼龍材料制備的輕薄
2、手機(jī)外殼中,手機(jī)外殼的翹曲變形是影響制品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。本文分析了產(chǎn)生翹曲變形的不同原因,探索了改善翹曲變形的方法,提出了解決翹曲變形問(wèn)題的一般思路,最終解決了翹曲問(wèn)題,制備了合格的手機(jī)外殼。熔接線是玻纖增強(qiáng)尼龍材料制備的手機(jī)外殼的常見(jiàn)缺陷之一,它表現(xiàn)為強(qiáng)度低,外觀差等等問(wèn)題,而影響手機(jī)的使用。針對(duì)如何提高熔接線強(qiáng)度和外觀,本文提出采用增加溢料阱的方法,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)探索了溢料阱位置和形狀對(duì)熔接強(qiáng)度的影響,優(yōu)選出了合理方法。關(guān)鍵詞:手機(jī)、尼龍材料、玻纖、加工、翹曲、熔接線I萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文TheApplicationofGlassFiberReinforc
