2、griculturalMechanicalDesignNortheastAgriculturalUniversityHarbin·ChinaMay2013摘要摘要除雪機(jī)械可應(yīng)用于各種積雪的路面,由于我國(guó)北方地區(qū)特殊的氣候,冬季降雪較多,對(duì)北方冬季交通和人民日常生活有重要影響,所以除雪機(jī)械得到了廣泛應(yīng)用和較快發(fā)展。相比融雪劑、物理微波、人工除雪、除雪機(jī)械應(yīng)用的范圍廣、耗能低、效率高、無污染等特點(diǎn)在國(guó)外發(fā)展迅速,然而我國(guó)除雪機(jī)械自主研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品功能單一、避讓能力差、不能實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多用造成大部分時(shí)間閑置,雪后能否快速、干凈、高效的
3、清除公路和道路的積雪及其形成的冰雪混合物,已成為迫切需要解決的科學(xué)與技術(shù)課題。本文在總結(jié)分析以往道路冰雪清除技術(shù)和原理的基礎(chǔ)上,以硬質(zhì)道路冰雪清除為主,對(duì)道路冰雪混合物的物理和機(jī)械性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)與分析,形成了以破冰刀打擊硬質(zhì)混合冰雪破碎清除為主要研究目標(biāo),且以經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用、除凈率高、路面損傷小的新型除雪設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)為研究思路。在全面調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外除雪機(jī)械、綜合對(duì)比分析國(guó)外除雪機(jī)裝置的基礎(chǔ)上,確定研究方案,并用Catia軟件建立除雪機(jī)工作裝置的三維模型,并運(yùn)用Catia軟件進(jìn)行有限元分析。關(guān)鍵詞:除雪機(jī);積雪的物理特性;傳動(dòng)原理;三
