1、ANSYS結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力分析計(jì)算示例一長(zhǎng)方形板,其高為2m,寬為1m,厚度為0.03m,彈性模量E=3GPa,泊松比μ=0.3,密度為7800kg/m3。約束條件:長(zhǎng)方形板底邊固定。試作此長(zhǎng)方形的模態(tài)分析。(1)選擇單元類型1.運(yùn)行Preprocessor>ElementType>Add/Edit/Delete2.彈出ElementTypes對(duì)話框,如圖1所示圖1單元類型對(duì)話框3.單擊Add4.彈出LibraryofElementTypes窗口,如圖2所示5.選擇SHELL63單元,單擊OK按鈕圖2單元類型庫(kù)對(duì)話框(2)設(shè)置板厚度1.運(yùn)行Preprocesso
2、r>RealConstants>Add/Edit/Delete2.單擊Add3.單擊OK,彈出如圖3所示對(duì)話框圖3SHELLL63單元實(shí)常數(shù)設(shè)置4.在TK(I)選項(xiàng)欄里填入板厚參數(shù)0.035.設(shè)置完畢單擊OK(3)設(shè)置材料屬性1.運(yùn)行Preprocessor>MaterialProps>MaterialModels2.雙擊Structural>Linear>Elastic>Isotropic圖4選擇材料屬性對(duì)話框圖5設(shè)置材料屬性對(duì)話框3.彈出圖54.單擊OK圖6設(shè)置材料密度對(duì)話框(4)建立模型1.選擇Preprocessor>Modeling>Creat
3、e>Area>Rectangle>By2Corners2.彈出圖7,在WPX欄內(nèi)輸入0,在WPY圖7依2點(diǎn)創(chuàng)建矩形對(duì)話框欄內(nèi)輸入0,在Width欄內(nèi)輸入1,在Height欄內(nèi)輸入23.單擊OK,得到圖8圖8長(zhǎng)方形板模型(5)劃分網(wǎng)格1.運(yùn)行MainMnue>Preprocessor>Meshing>SizeCntrls>ManualSize>Areas>AllAreas2.彈出如圖9所示對(duì)話框圖9設(shè)置網(wǎng)格尺寸對(duì)話框3.在SIZE選項(xiàng)欄中填寫0.1,點(diǎn)擊OK4.運(yùn)行MainMnue>Preprocessor>Meshing>Mesh>Areas>Free5
4、.拾取長(zhǎng)方形劃分網(wǎng)格,網(wǎng)格劃分如圖10所示圖10長(zhǎng)方形板有限元模型(6)施加約束1.運(yùn)行MainMenu>Solution>DefineLoads>Apply>Structure>Displacement>OnLines2.選擇長(zhǎng)方形底邊,施加全約束(7)設(shè)定自然振動(dòng)分析模型1.運(yùn)行MainMenu>Solution>AnalysisType>NewAnalysis2.彈出如圖11所示的對(duì)話框,選擇Modal,圖11設(shè)置分析類型對(duì)話框(8)定義振動(dòng)頻率及輸入振動(dòng)模型個(gè)數(shù)1.運(yùn)行MainMenu>Solution>AnalysisType>Analysis
5、Options2.彈出如圖12所示的對(duì)話框,選擇Reduced,圖12模態(tài)分析設(shè)置對(duì)話框3.在No.modestoextract中輸入6,單擊OK圖13模態(tài)分析的頻率與階數(shù)設(shè)置對(duì)話框4.彈出如圖13所示的對(duì)話框5.在FREQB后面的兩個(gè)文本框中分別輸入0和10006.在PRMODE文本框中分別輸入6,在Nrmkey下拉列表中選擇Tomassmatrix7.單擊OK(9)設(shè)置主自由度1.運(yùn)行MainMenu>Solution>MasterDOFs>ProgramSelected2.彈出圖14所示對(duì)話框3.在NTOT文本框中輸入204.單擊OK圖14設(shè)定主自
6、由度個(gè)數(shù)對(duì)話框(10)運(yùn)行振動(dòng)特征值分析1.運(yùn)行Solution>Solve>CurrentLS2.計(jì)算結(jié)束運(yùn)行Solution>LoadStepOpts>ExpansionPass>SingleExpand>ExpandModes3.彈出圖15所示對(duì)話框圖15擴(kuò)展解頻率與階數(shù)設(shè)置對(duì)話框4.在NMODE文本框中輸入65.在FREQB文本框中分別輸入0和10006.選擇ElcaleCalculateelemresults7.在SIGNIF文本框中輸入0.0018.單擊OK(11)進(jìn)行振動(dòng)特征向量分析1.運(yùn)行Solution>Solve>CurrentLS2
