8、統(tǒng)發(fā)生單相接地故障時(shí)線電壓保持不變,因此系統(tǒng)可繼續(xù)帶故障運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間[2],為防止事故進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,需進(jìn)行故障選線并及時(shí)隔離故障。目前各學(xué)者提出了基于穩(wěn)態(tài)和暫態(tài)[3-6]、投切中電阻[7]、基于
