2、,四川綿陽621010;3四川省非金屬礦粉體改性與高值化利用技術(shù)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室,四川綿陽621010;4.天津華北地質(zhì)勘查局,天津300170)摘要:采用重選-浮選聯(lián)合工藝對(duì)云南某硫化鉛尾礦中的微細(xì)粒級(jí)錫石進(jìn)行回收研究。該礦泥化嚴(yán)重,首先采用離心選礦機(jī)脫除微細(xì)粒礦泥,以消除礦泥對(duì)后續(xù)錫浮選的不利影響,并能增加浮選給礦錫品位,離心選礦可以使錫品位富集5倍以上,作業(yè)回收率達(dá)到87.4%。離心精礦進(jìn)行反浮選脫硫,脫硫精礦采用碳酸鈉為pH值調(diào)整劑和分散劑,BY-9和P86為組合捕收劑,CMC為脈石抑制劑進(jìn)行微細(xì)粒錫石正浮選。最終閉路試驗(yàn)得到錫精礦品位18.5%、回收率
