2、歸,得出了脫硫效率的回歸方程。根據(jù)噴動(dòng)床的放大準(zhǔn)則,設(shè)計(jì)了放大的噴動(dòng)床為雙噴嘴矩形噴動(dòng)床。研究了放大后的雙噴嘴矩形噴動(dòng)床的流體力學(xué)性能,分別討論了顆粒粒徑、靜床層高度、空氣性質(zhì)及表觀氣速對(duì)最小噴動(dòng)速度、最大噴動(dòng)壓降及噴動(dòng)高度的影響,結(jié)果表明:靜床層高度位于矩形床體內(nèi)時(shí),顆粒粒徑與矩形床體的當(dāng)量直徑之比與最小噴動(dòng)時(shí)的雷諾數(shù)的影響較大:靜床層高度位于錐形噴動(dòng)室內(nèi)時(shí),密度之比對(duì)最小噴動(dòng)時(shí)的雷諾數(shù)的影響較大:最大噴動(dòng)壓降與顆粒粒徑成反比,與靜床層高度和表觀氣速成正比;噴動(dòng)高度與表觀氣速成正比,與顆粒粒徑和靜床層高度成反比:并且得出了三者的
