2、立管系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置及改造后的混合立管系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置上進(jìn)行的不同工況下的嚴(yán)重段塞流特性實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,柔性管?chē)?yán)重段塞流特性不同于垂直管段。在立管總高度相等條件下,利用L型立管和混合立管的流型圖、壓力、周期和液塞等數(shù)據(jù)分析了柔性管的存在與否對(duì)立管?chē)?yán)重段塞特性的影響。相對(duì)于L型立管,柔性管存在會(huì)在一定程度上縮小嚴(yán)重段塞流I的范圍,同時(shí)使立管底部最大壓力增大約15%~20%,嚴(yán)重段塞周期減小約12.09%,液塞長(zhǎng)度減小約1.38%,液塞速度增加約2.93%。在立管總高度等幾何參數(shù)一定的情況下,對(duì)柔性管跨度和長(zhǎng)度變化對(duì)嚴(yán)重段塞流特性的影響進(jìn)行了分析
