3、ancewherelandscapesareintransitionbetweennewresidentialurbanizationandlandabandonment.Structuralchangesinlanduse,buildingand?eldpatternsbetweentwotimeperiodsarestudiedusingaerialphotographscoveringaperiodfrom1960to1999.Thephotographswerescannedtoallowonscreendigital
4、izationandinterpretationofselectedfeaturesanddetails,whichwereconsecutivelymappedandanalyzedinaGIS.Changesobservedontheaerialphotographswerecomparedwiththepopulationstatisticandtheaccessibilityoftheplace.Allcasesshowverydifferentanduniquetrajectoriesofchangewithcomp
