2、動(dòng)物病毒學(xué)。(1,吉林大學(xué)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)院吉林長春130062;2,軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院軍事獸醫(yī)研究所吉林長春130122;3吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)吉林長春130118)【摘要】目的選用QuilA為佐劑免疫小鼠評(píng)價(jià)H1、H3亞型流感病毒多表位DNA疫苗的免疫效果。方法將pVAX1-H3-EHA-H1HA1new,pVAX1-H3-H1HAnew,pVAX1-EHA等三種候選核酸疫苗免疫Balb/C小鼠,分別對(duì)各免疫組小鼠進(jìn)行細(xì)胞免疫和體液免疫水平檢測。結(jié)果體液免疫結(jié)果表明,免疫后35天pVAX1-H3HA-EHA-H
3、1HA1new免疫組小鼠產(chǎn)生H1亞型流感特異性體液免疫應(yīng)答,且抗體水平略高于其它免疫組。細(xì)胞免疫結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)受到H1亞型流感病毒抗原刺激時(shí),免疫組均表現(xiàn)出特異性T淋巴細(xì)胞增殖反應(yīng),各免疫組小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10細(xì)胞因子水平明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論H1、H3亞型流感多表位疫苗可誘導(dǎo)免疫小鼠產(chǎn)生特異性的體液和細(xì)胞免疫應(yīng)答?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】流感病毒;QuilA;DNA疫苗;免疫Immunologicalevaluationofmulti-epitopeDNAVaccineofinf
